Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns
Items Eligible for Return:
– Unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
– Items returned within 30 days of purchase.
– Items not marked as non-returnable or final sale.
Return Process:
– Contact our Customer Service team at

butler@choctawmedical.com to initiate a return.
– Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
– Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.
Return Shipping:
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
Refunds:
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
– Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Items Eligible for Exchange:
– Defective or damaged items.
– Items received in error (different from ordered).
Exchange Process:
– Contact our Customer Service team to initiate an exchange.
– Provide your order number, details of the item(s) for exchange, and reason for exchange.
– Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.
Exchange Shipping:
– We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to our error or defective/damaged items.
– For other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Replacement:
– Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety regulations. These include:
– Opened or used items.
– Custom-made or personalized items.
– Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
